🧬 TechFinity Encoding & Format Tools

Tip: Looking for phone keypad / T9? Open the T9 / Keypad tab above.

📱 T9 / Telephone Keypad Tools

Encode text to keypad digits (T9) or Multi-tap, decode digits back to letter-sets (or dictionary matches), and use the Vanity mode to convert phonewords like 1-800-FLOWERS into digits. The keypad below is clickable, and (optionally) can play DTMF tones for quick telecom testing.

Quick links: DTMF Helper · Key Mapping
Tip: Click the keypad to insert digits. For dictionary decoding, enter one word per group (space-separated), e.g. 43556 or 43556 96753.

Multi-tap example: CODE → 222 666 3 33 (with space separator).
Vanity formatting applies when output is digits-only (common phoneword case).

Key Mapping

Assign characters to keys. For encoding, the first matching key wins. For decoding letter-sets, these strings are shown per key.

DTMF Helper

Play DTMF tones in-browser for keys 0–9, *, #. Useful for quick sanity checks while working on PBX / IVR flows. (This is purely local; no audio is uploaded anywhere.)
Frequency pairs (Hz): 1=697+1209 2=697+1336 3=697+1477 4=770+1209 5=770+1336 6=770+1477 7=852+1209 8=852+1336 9=852+1477 *=941+1209 0=941+1336 #=941+1477
Asterisk hint: to inject digits in dialplan use SendDTMF(1234#) (or PlayDTMF() depending on version/module).

Notes: These are classical, reversible ciphers. For modern crypto (AES/RSA/HMAC), use the Encryption Tools page.

Use the tabs above for encoders, T9/keypad, and classical ciphers. All tools support copy/export, and most work entirely offline.
