Looking to stock your card shop or supply your community with hobby boxes and supplies? Tomcom offers wholesale pricing for qualified retailers and resellers across the United States. By making wholesale purchases from Tomcom, retailers agree to the policies below.
Eligibility for a wholesale account
You must operate a physical shop, or be an established online seller with a verifiable sales history. The following do not qualify: selling only on third-party marketplaces, purchasing for personal use, drop-shippers without inventory, or unverified sellers using social media as their only platform. All applicants are reviewed and vetted; Tomcom reserves the right to deny, decline, or terminate wholesale accounts at its discretion.
How to apply
Email contact@tomcom.us with subject line "WHOLESALE APPLICATION", including a short business intro, valid business license, reseller/tax exemption certificate, EIN or business tax ID, and business address (no PO Boxes). We'll review within 5-7 business days.
Pricing
All pricing is in USD. Wholesale prices are for qualified retailers reselling items. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared or advertised, and is subject to change based on market conditions and product availability.
Additional discounts
Wholesale pricing generally does not stack with additional discount codes; orders with codes applied at checkout may be canceled automatically. Exceptions apply only to promotions specifically offered to wholesale partners or high-volume orders agreed under contract.
Payment terms
All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal Business, and ACH or wire transfers for larger orders. Established partners with a strong order history may become eligible for net terms after a consistent history with us.
Free shipping
Wholesale orders qualify for free shipping on all products, no minimum required, shipped from our facility in Colorado Springs, CO. Import duties, if applicable, are the retailer's responsibility.
Fulfillment
Once payment is received, orders take 1-2 business days to fulfill unless otherwise notified.
Bulk/B2B selling
We accept bulk selling to B2B accounts, subject to allocations and stock availability. Email us for a custom quote.
Return protocol
All wholesale sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. Sealed products can't be returned once opened. Our 1-Year Warranty applies to wholesale purchases the same as retail. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
Damaged items
Inspect shipments immediately, contact us within 5 days at contact@tomcom.us with photos of the damage, product, and packaging. Don't open damaged sealed boxes.
Manufacturer allocations and restrictions
Some products are subject to manufacturer allocations and reseller pricing agreements (e.g. minimum advertised pricing). We may cap quantities on hot releases to ensure fair distribution.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account for violating terms or pricing confidentiality, repeated chargebacks or disputes, reselling in violation of manufacturer agreements, fraud or misrepresentation, or 12+ months of inactivity.
